zech painter and decorative artist Alphonse Mucha, a leading figure of Art Nouveau, is celebrated for his graceful posters and designs of flowing lines, floral motifs, and idealized women, all of which have shaped modern graphic design, advertising, and decorative arts. This fall, Palazzo Bonaparte is hosting the exhibition Alphonse Mucha. A Triumph of Beauty and Seduction, the largest retrospective ever dedicated to the artist. Featuring over 150 masterpieces, it explores Mucha’s evolution and influence while placing his vision of feminine beauty next to works by Giovanni Boldini, Cesare Saccaggi, ancient sculptures, Renaissance art, Art Nouveau furnishings, and more.
