The menu offers historic ancient recipes like Patina Cotidiana (lasagna), Esicia Omentata (Roman meatballs), Pollo Oxizomum (chicken with leek and garum sauce) along with stuffed guinea fowl, deboned rabbit, lamb, and suckling pig.
