This popular restaurant is equipped with an open kitchen, where guests can “spy” on chefs busy preparing classic dishes, especially seafood ones: Breton oysters; linguine with lobster; tuna fillet in Cannonau wine sauce; oven-baked turbot with potatoes; grilled red bream or, for meat lovers, lamb chops, saltimbocca, or orange-flavored fillet. Those with a sweet tooth can opt for the very special gorgonzola semifreddo. Reservation is a must. All credit cards accepted except Diner’s.
