Another sure bet is the Pizza Obicà, renowned for its light, soft, and fragrant crust—achieved through a slow fermentation process of at least 48 hours—and topped with a variety of tasty, high-quality ingredients.

If you are in the mood for pasta, try the fresh tortelloni filled with mozzarella and lemon, served with pomodorini del Piennolo del Vesuvio DOP, pacchetelle cream with oregano, and fried aubergine. Second courses range from hearty salads to Obicà’s famous burrata burger with Chianina beef, small burrata pugliese, rolled bacon, avocado, baby spinach, bell pepper ketchup, and roasted potatoes. End your meal on a decadent note with the torta tenerina, a dark chocolate cake served with mascarpone cream. In the Neapolitan dialect, obicà is an expression used to describe something surprising —just like a great mozzarella: soft and delicious, to be enjoyed in its infinite variations.
